Nathan brings a wealth of experience in ingredient sourcing, manufacturing, and supply chain management, with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation. With a background that spans decades in the agricultural and food sectors, he has worked closely with partners around the world to build efficient, responsible, and scalable systems for both import and export in the U.S.

He has a deep understanding of regenerative agriculture and upcycled materials, and is passionate about finding creative ways to reduce waste and improve how products are made and delivered. His hands-on experience across multiple countries has given him a global perspective and a practical approach to problem-solving—making him a trusted leader and collaborator in the industry.

Thomas Bunkley is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with a distinguished track record spanning over two decades across diverse industries, including real estate, agriculture, and food and beverage.

Thomas is also a partner at Caprock Land Company, LLC, a position he has held since January 2012.Prior to his tenure at Caprock, Thomas served as the CEO of NewOrganics, from June 2008 to November 2011. During this period, he spearheaded the company’s expansion and operational efficiency, focusing on sustainable and organic product lines that aligned with his commitment to environmental stewardship and consumer health.

Earlier in his career, Thomas held pivotal leadership roles at Mars, where he was Vice President of Commercial Operations (April 2005 to June 2008). He was instrumental in driving commercial strategy, optimizing sales performance, and overseeing critical operational initiatives. Before joining Mars, Thomas worked at E & J Gallo Winery as Controller/CFO for the Fresno Winery Complex (July 2002 to April 2005). There, he managed complex financial operations, implementing systems that enhanced profitability and supported the company’s long-term growth.

Thomas holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the prestigious Texas McCombs School of Business, where he honed his skills in finance, management, and strategic leadership.
